Damages
If your item is defective or damaged upon reception, contact shoparizona@drinkarizona.com with your order details and an image of what you received.
Exchanges
AriZona does not offer direct exchanges.
However, if the item you received is incorrect, please request an exchange through customer support including proof of purchase/order information and an image of the incorrect item.
Incorrect items must be in their original condition: packaging and tags intact, not damaged, unworn, and unused in order to be accepted.
Refunds
All sales are final—including gift cards, perishables, and merchandise—and not eligible for refunds.
Returns
AriZona does not accept returns. In the case the item is damaged, we may authorize a return and provide a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to AriZona without requesting a return will not be accepted.
